Since 1996, Wawasee Tent & Tool Rental has been serving Syracuse, IN, and the surrounding communities with dependable equipment rentals, repair services, and small-town customer care. What began as a locally owned and operated business quickly earned a reputation for quality service, reliable equipment, and a commitment to helping customers find practical solutions for their projects and events. After building a strong foundation and successful business, ownership was transferred for a period of time before we proudly took the business back over in 2010.

Since returning, we have continued to grow, expand our inventory, and add new services to better meet the needs of our customers. What services do you offer?

We provide:
- Tent rentals for events, Tool rentals for home and commercial projects, Bounce house rentals.
- Small Engine Repair: lawn mowers, oil fired heater (salamander), pressure washers, leaf blowers, roto tiller, weed eater

Do you require a deposit for rentals?

We require a deposit for our tent rentals. Other deposits are relative to the rental service you are interested in, please call for inquires.

Do you offer delivery and setup for tents and equipment?

Yes! We provide delivery and professional setup services for tents and large rental items. Please call ahead to schedule.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons for events and outdoor activities.

Do you hold rentals?

We will hold a rental for 10-15 minutes.

How long can I rent equipment?

We offer flexible rental periods based on your needs. Whether you need equipment for a few hours, a weekend, or a longer-term project, we'll work with you to find the best rental option.

What should I bring when renting equipment?

Customers should bring a valid photo ID, and some rentals may require a deposit. Contact us ahead of time if you have questions about rental requirements.
